Dieter Kräuchi, since September 2021, has been managing all Empira investment products in Switzerland, concurrently he is also Managing Director at the Empira Investment Foundation. Previously, he led the real estate division at Baloise Asset Management AG and Baloise Immobilien Management AG. Earlier positions in his more than 30-year professional career include Avobis Group, Allreal and KPMG. Dieter Kräuchi holds a Master of Science in Real Estate CUREM.

Bachelor and Master in Computer Science, Luca Ambrosini is an entrepreneur in the blockchain space and former pro-gamer.
Crypto enthusiast since 2013, when he started mining the first Bitcoins and devised automated cryptocurrency trading systems. Luca leads the Blockchain Research Area at SUPSI in Lugano and founded a crypto mining factory that makes use of renewable energy. Luca also founded Pepper, a startup active in the intersection of the world of digital assets and gaming.
